The Reel Bible Acceptance of Terms of Service and Authorization and Release

By using this website you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and are in agreement to be bound by the Terms of Service and Authorization and Release as defined on this website.

Description of Service

The Reel Bible offers professional editing services of existing video footage tailored specifically for actors' demo reels.

Post-production of demo reels including, consultation with Client, review of Client Property, perform extraction services as needed, editing of clips, two rounds of revisions.

Payment

Payment: Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice or at checkout to initiate service. Services will commence only upon signing of the video agreement and successful processing of the full payment.

Refund/Cancellation

All Sales are Final: All sales are considered final once payment is received. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted after the completion of the video editing service.

Force Majeure

Honorable Film, LLC d/b/a The Reel Bible shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges and agrees that Honorable Film, LLC d/b/a The Reel Bible will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

No Guarantee

The client acknowledges and agrees that Honorable Film, LLC d/b/a The Reel Bible cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.

By engaging in The Reel Bible services, the client agrees to abide by these terms regarding the finality of sales and payment conditions.

Authorization and Release

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Honorable Film LLC., d/b/a The Reel Bible (hereinafter called “The Business”) permission to record, duplicate, and use my likeness and/or voice (collectively my “Likeness”) and any testimonial I make, whether written or verbal (“Testimonial”), on photographic, audio, video, digital, electronic or any other media.

I hereby irrevocably authorize The Business to copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute my Likeness and Testimonial for purposes of publicizing The Business’ programs or for any other lawful purpose. My Likeness and Testimonial may be used in printed publications, multimedia presentations, on websites, or in any other distribution media. I agree that I will make no monetary or other claims against The Business for the use of my Likeness and Testimonial.

In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including a written copy or edited video wherein my Likeness or Testimonial appears. The Business makes no guarantees of any results from receiving this service.

I hereby hold harmless and release The Business from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
